Return & Exchange Policy
At Cotni, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are available for a different size, color, or item of equal value (price difference applies if needed).
Returns & Refunds
- Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original, unused condition.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or promotional items.
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
- Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.
How to Submit a Request

2. Include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
3. We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Return Shipping
If the item is defective or we made an error, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
